Not very long lasting

We have ordered this for all of our stores, but usually the cover cracks within the year (we've had to replace this ourselves on several occasions) and now within 2 years the top part that snaps and clamps the signage has broken off. Not as durable as it initially seemed. Also, tried contacting them about a replacement part and they don't have one.

Not as good as the previous product we ordered

We ordered a similar product that was no longer in stock or discontinued. This was very close in design and would closely match the ones we bought previously. This sign is lighter, but also flimsier. I've only opened a couple of the 30x40 units and one of the 22x28 units out of the 9 boxes we ordered and the snap frames are extremely hard to open and the tension flanges are popping out when we do get it open. Some sides open fairly easily, as expected. But others make you fear you will break something.
