A gray floor mat, such as an entry rug, or door mat, is usually crafted from stiff, non-absorbent fibers. That is not the case with this entrance carpet. This floor mat is constructed of highly absorbent polypropylene fibers. Polypropylene absorbs water and dirt, but also dries quickly after being cleaned so it does not become a haven for germs or bacteria. Small rubber nubs cover the surface of this floor mat, letting water fall between them, below shoe level. These nubs are quite hard to resist being worn down due to heavy foot traffic.

This carpet is anti-static rated at 1.2KV by the AATCC and Certified Slip Resistant by the National Floor Safety Institute.
