Floor Stand Rotating 5 X 7 Card Display Rack

Ordered two of these, one had slight damage as far as bent card holders. Able to straighten out without damaging the rack. The second rack had the welds for one of the holders broken and it was separated from the rack and laying in the bottom of the box. a couple of the other holders again bent. No damage to the shipping boxes. Talk to Jo in customer service as soon as I noticed the damage and a second rack was sent out to replace the damaged rack. Again some of the card holders were bent, but able to be straightened out. The bases were received in good shape and the base was not replaced. The quality of these racks do not equal the durability of the 12 card counter top racks, metal seems not as thick. Will have to think long and hard before ordering this rack again! Assembly went smoothly although you will want a pair of pliers or something for bending the cotter pin!
