We ordered 2 10x10 floor mats (as we have a 10x20 booth space) and we got 2 boxes instead of 4 boxes. When we contacted customer service to get our second 10x10 floor mats shipped, they sent us the pdf receipt for all the boxes we got delivered at once, we ordered a lot more than only the floor mats, I personally got the delivery and took the boxes in my office. Our order was over $2,000 but they refused to complete the shipping and send us the missing floor mats we purchased for $191..... you lost a client here, for plain old bad customer service.
