Good product with room for improvement, but poor support
on Verified Purchase
Overall I am very happy. We used these to show off our app at a trade show, they look great and we had a lot of engagement from attendees. Setup is difficult to figure out (you need to partially disassemble the stand to thread a power cable through and it was tough finding USB cables that actually fit all parts of the stand, and the poleclamps are super fragile), but once you figure it out it's not bad. Wheelchair users at the convention could confirm accessibility is *great* compared to other tablet stands, although the artwork placement does impede accessibility and had to be moved to accommodate them. However, one part broke after very light use, and because it was outside of the 30-day window they wouldn't do anything to support it aside from offer to sell me an entirely new item. With better support, my review for this item would be glowing, but as it stands, I can only caution you to expect to improvise a lot of repairs to get any long-term use out of this item.
