BUYER BEWARE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT

I spent $800 on this display case on Nov 20th 2018. When I received it, I did not put in operation until 3 months later. So in 2 months time, the motor burned out and will not work.Lights work but display no longer turns. Sad thing is there is barely any weight on the display. You can see it in pictures that it is used for displaying dummy hearing aids. I called display2go to get help and they said they will not do anything to help. They do not warranty their product or even stand behind it. The customer service on the phone didn't even care which tells me this has happened more than once. Pretty much said Sorry about your luck... BUYER BEWARE - This company will not warranty or help you in any way. They do not care about their products or their customers.

That is not what your customer service on the phone said. They were useless. They would not offer any help at any time. He even said he will get off the phone go ask for help when he came back he said there’s nothing we can do. I’m more than willing to discuss this on the phone.
