Long Wait for Damaged Frame
I ordered the frame which had to be delivered freight (via SAIA) straight to my customer. When I checked the tracking number a week in, it stated that they were waiting to make an appointment for delivery which I was not made aware of when I placed the order. So it seemed to be delayed without my knowledge, and it took 2 weeks to be delivered. When the frame was finally delivered, my customer called me immediately to let me know that the package was completely destroyed and literally all pieces of the frame were bent and damaged and not usable. They also informed me that the SAIA delivery driver was completely unprofessional and rude to them. So, needless to say, my customer has had to wait 2 weeks for a frame they can't even use, and now have to wait who knows how much longer for it to be replaced. I need to this to be resolved ASAP as we've made a bad impression on my first time customer.
