Shipping was a nightmare
on Verified Purchase
On the day my order was suppose to be delivered I only got one pallet instead of the two. The carrier New Penn apparently misplace the other pallet. I ended with a giant piece of glass and wasted my day waiting for the delivery guy. I called and finally Display2go was able to contact the carrier to know that part of my order was lost during transit. They promise to refund me for shipping and ship me a whole new order this week. They should use a carrier that is more trustworthy. I hope this new shipment won't cause any issue or else I will request for a refund.
