Beautifully Printed one major flaw

This product is well printed. The process to approve the art and follow the template is perfect. The printing is of quality and the material it is printed on is great. THE PROBLEM: how it attaches to the pole. They use a stick-on holder with zip ties. In traffic areas where you would use stanchion poles they tear off with just one bump from a customer. I alerted customer service to the issue. Unfortunately, this is a rare source to buy these, so I don't have a lot of choice, but the design of the attachment needs attention. We are having to punch holes in them and wrap the zip tie. Looks terrible this way, but the stick-on does not work.
