Avoid product - Poor quality control - issues with production

Brilliant product concept but unfortunately, amazingly poor execution on the part of Displays2go printing department. It took more than 30 days to finally receive what is now another issue with the product. Initially, they printed the graphics UPSIDE DOWN! So it was printed and packed without any review apparently. I even signed off on a proof before it went to printing. Okay, human error... I get it. Upon notification of the problem and pictures of the defect sent in by email, I was assured that they would “expedite” the replacement. I called a week later and it had not even been re-printed! Again was assured they would send out ASAP, about a week and a half later I get the re-print. Re-print was very poorly packaged and resulted in permanent defective bending of the insert. Sad state of affairs.
