Customer Service Lacking
I ordered this item on July 31, and as soon as I received the item, I noticed one of the end-caps on the top of the rack is damaged. I contacted Displays2Go, but it has been almost two weeks now, and I have not received a replacement cap or item, nor have I heard a word from Displays2Go about them sending me anything to fix the damaged item. All I need is a small replacement part, but I haven't received word on any kind of assistance after my attempts to get one sent to me.
