I thought this item was defective because I couldn't figure out how it opened from the product pictures on the website, but Adam was very patient and helpful. He sent me this video and it all made sense! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2-0dPPiy1f4 Once I saw the video it was so easy that I was embarrassed LOL! I have never seen a frame like this, and other than my little snafu, it is wonderful!!!
