I ordered 4 director chairs on 06/19/19 totally $601.72. When they arrived one of the end caps was broken off the foot rest. I thought, it is not a big deal I will just glue it back on. I took them to my trade show the following week and a few more broke off. I took them to my second and third trade show and a total of 7 have fallen in off. I called customer service today and explained what the issue was and the customer service rep. told me that I should go to my locate hardware store and see if there was something I could replace them with. I never fill out reviews, however, I was so dissatisfied with the chairs and the company not taking any responsibility for their product. I will not buy from this company again. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!
