You Will Likely be Disappointed

Bought the large digital display as a gift, was delivered with several, what appeared to be stress cracks down the sides of the frame. Company sent replacement at no cost, Quality of product has a "cheap feel". Made of low quality plastic, remote control is "cheaply made". Instruction manual is very poorly written, appears to be written by an "English is a second language" organization and not much help, does not provide adequate information to use all the features without a long trial and error trial period. As is goes from picture to picture, it stops at some photo's and doesn't restart.....haven't figured out how to resolve this matter as of yet. The good news is that the Customer Service is superb, very professional. If they are just half as good as they were resending a new frame, due to the cracked glass, I may be in good shape. Keeping my fingers crossed. For the expense, I would have expected a better quality product....you likely will too.
