Am I being Stiffed this money or am I going to get a working TV lift?

My product didn't work. I talked to customer Service and they told me that I would get a replacement no later that Tuesday. Well, here it is Tuesday and I haven't heard from Displays2go or from their shipper FEDEX about a package being delivered. So, am I going to be stiffed the money you have taken from my bank account or am I going to get a working product?
