My product came with no instructions -- just the product in a box. (Interestingly, I see now that they said they would consider the feedback to include instructions in the box in response to a review 3 years ago....strange that this change has not been implemented.) I called customer service and the person I spoke to was very kind and emailed the instructions to me. Unfortunately, either the instructions are just insufficient, or this product does not do what it was shown to do in the video. It does not stay steady at all, does not lock into place, and it cannot be adjusted the way I expected. I am so sad and disappointed, as the video made it seem like it would be the perfect solution to my needs. None of the adjustments actually adjust and stay put -- the hinges are all either incapable to locking into position, or they are immovable to begin with. Just....everything works poorly. I'm trying to return it, but I still haven't gotten the email to reset my password. Disappointed.
