Terrible process and service

I had a deadline, submitted artwork 30 days in advance, now it won't be done in time because you guys had me fix the artwork 3 times but only submitted 1 issue at a time rather than all issues at the same time. I would fix, then submit, then you would send me another issue, fix and submit, then another issue. The issues were different and could have been addressed in the future. Please cancel my order and refund my money.
