Awful Customer Service & Delivery

1st off, the shipping fee is absurd. It cost more to ship than the actual item. I chose to **** it up since the other option I was looking at was more expensive in general. The shipping/delivery cost DOES NOT include them bringing it in upon delivery. they literally left it outside of my building, wrapped in plastic wrap, on a palette. I then was responsible for discarding the palette (which had broken pieces of wood hanging off and nails all exposed) I called to ask them if they could accommodate having them bring up the item to my third floor. The woman was so rude, didn’t even attempt to help or pretend to care. I, a female, had to carry up 2 boxes at 121 lbs each, up 4 flights of stairs. By myself. If you offer items like this for sale, you need to offer delivery options. I used this company for the last 5 1/2 years for work, and we order all of our event display items from here, but never again after this experience. We’ve already sourced another company for our company needs.
