Damaged bar stool

Recieved 1 of 3 sets with outer package damage. When I assembled them I found one to have damage to the seat and back, I took pictures and wrote a note explaining what I found. Monday morning I received a email asking how I wanted to handle the situation. I returned a email asking for a new one. Recieved a email letting me know that it was being sent that day. It arrived six days later in good shape. Easley assembled and was what we had expected when we ordered. Very pleased with the product, will use the company again.
