The manual initially provided by the manufacturer had incomplete information and made it very difficult to set the display up for USB updating, which is the method we'd chosen. The setup was also tedious and the downloads of the various programs required to use the display required a stronger internet connection than we had at our disposal -- a mobile hotspot was not even enough, and we had to involve our IT team in the end. Once the various programs are installed, the launch of the slideshow is relatively easy and the display looks crisp. Keep in mind that the colors are not quite accurate, which can be issue when dealing with logos and brand colors.
