Not universal size wise, poor customer service

Ordered this for my iPad because it popped up in a google search for locking iPad 12.9” stand. Didn’t fit my iPad. Saw reviews that said I could get issues fixed easily if it’s the wrong size, wrong! Apparently they don’t make a stand for my iPad and suggested I try and sell it because they weren’t going to pay for shipping to send it back. It would be one thing if they had paid for shipping to get it to me, but I paid for shipping for it to be sent to me and even paid extra to get it faster. So now with the extra shipping costs and having to pay to ship it back, I’m out over $40 to send this now useless iPad stand back to them. When I mentioned the fact that it already cost me a lot to get it here, the lady on the phone suggested I try selling it online. So just more of a hassle. Never buying anything from these guys ever again.

They can reach out to me. I just want a full refund and not have to worry about paying for shipping out of my refund since I already paid for it once and I paid extra for faster shipping because I needed it for this weekend. Now I won’t be able to use it and I have to pay for shipping twice.
