Broke after less then 4 months

The Chair looks good and is relatively comfortable. The backrest broke unfortunately after less than 4 months of usage and is useless. When I contacted the service department they replied if they will see if they can offer refund and took my e-mail address. The next day e-mail containing this response arrived: "Hello, I reached out to my boss and they stated that we cannot offer a credit since product was damaged after 4 month of use." What this means to me that they are selling a product of a quality that is okay to last 4 months. Do not buy this product it is not worth the time it takes to assemble it!
