Directions are terrible/ missing a part

The completed product is great. We laughed at the 25 minutes to put together after completing assembly. The directions might as well be in Slovakian! Terrible instructions and pictures. Useless - we had to figure out most of it on our own! We are also missing a hinge and need to request that.
