Wrong Part Sent & delayed
Ordered this product 04/28/17 & received 05/02/17 in two packages, one is the display stand one is the display, unfortunately they sent me the Wrong screws, and I have made multiple phones calls and emails 05/03/2017 and the answered were very standard and not helpful at all, after several attempts, 05/04/2017 finally a nice lady "Valerie" asked me to re-sent the photos and right the way she spotted the problems which I was mentioned early to your other staff both on the phone & emails, than she went to the technical department and tried to resolved the problem by sending me the Corrected screws, I was mentioned to her that , we need it by the Mother's Day for the replacement screw (05/14/2017) , unfortunately this replacements screw was received by Monday 05/15/2017 (Monday) , that is totally unacceptable and loss the purposes of buying this display for our Promotion for the Mother's Day !
