Customer Review for SBPH2436V2
Locks have failed in less than 1/12 years
The frames are a bit thin and wobbly, but the seals are fine. A couple of the locks of the eight frames I have purchased - have failed in less than 2 years. This was on frames only opened twice a month and are mounted under a roof protected from the rain. When contacted - the company failed to offer any replacement information but instead suggested contacting Grainger or a locksmith to replace. That is extra work I was hoping to avoid. In the past, I have found there are lots of variable to replacing these cabinet locks and it can take some time to find the right combination of mount hole diameter, door thickness and the latch length. In the future, I hope your team can do the research and provide information to customers trying to replace these locks.
