We bought (3) of these computer carts. The customer service was great as well as the tracking. When the units arrived, the boxes looked to be in good shape. Upon opening all 3 of the box sets, EVERY computer cart had noticeable defects. One of the carts was so badly damaged it could not be used. I promptly called in and the staff sent me another out. The replacement I received also had minor dents but rather than wait again for another, I took it to my maintenance department and they were able to get the metal straightened out for me. I checked the packaging and the boxes were intact 100% with no dents and plenty of packing material. To my eye, We feel that the carts were boxed up as we received them. If we would not had been in such a rush for them to deploy out, more than likely I would have returned them all for a full refund. With the price we paid, we expected for the carts to be flawless. Not so much.
