Damaged during shipment
on Verified Purchase
Received iPad holder a day before stand. When the stand package was received the next day, the box was severely damaged. Upon inspection the height retention clip was cracked and non-functional. Contacted support, and while reviewing the records, FedEx did not indicate there was any damage to package. Thankfully support was quick to respond and provided me with a tracking number for a replacement part.
