Great Counter top
My experience overall was good. However, when I had questions about ordering, no appeared to be on the same page. I would receive 3-4 different answers. I was told that my concerns would be logged into the computer so others could benefit from this. I had to repeat the same thing every time I called. Adam on the other hand, was most helpful. To avoid shipping charges, I drove to Fall River from NH, which was uneventful. Assembly was very simple a i was used to this from other companies. That said, The written directions were horrendous! If you do not know what yo are doing, it will become your worst nightmare!. It took me inside two hours with one other person helping. Solid piece and it glides nicely across the floor. I would love to give it 5 stars, but the directions are the worst and customer service needs to be more consistent and on the same page.
