Fell apart after a month

I'm really upset. This bakers rack came apart just now. I'm 61 years old and had to stand there and hold it while figuring out how to so a temporary fix. I was worried when I put it up as it was rickety. Never again!!!

I called customer service and got a lady, Jenna. She was very very nice and helpful. She offered a replacement or a refund...WITHOUT my have to send it back. That's amazing customer service from her and the company. Thankyou very much Jenna and Displays to Go.
