Do not stick

I ordered these for a retail product launch and unfortunately distributed them to our customers before trying (yes, I know, I will NOT make that mistake again - but never thought a suction cup wouldn't hold! We have tried everything but we can not get these to stick no matter what we do! We have a lot of frustrated customs now and with signage but no way to display it. Will need to find another alternative ASAP.
