I would love to write a review on the product but I haven't received them even after being assured they would be shipped 3 days after the order was placed (August 24th). I inquired via live chat where I was told they were shipped and I should have them by 9/2. Made a phone call 9/7 where I was told they would have to someone from shipping email me with the tracking information, nothing. Made a phone call 9/9 and where I was told they actually shipped 9/8 and we should have them by 9/13. This whole process was shady, the website updated with a ship date of 8/24 but could not retrieve tracking information even after copy & pasting on the FedEx website, etc. Kim was able to refund $100 of my $279 shipping fees, but I still have a very unhappy customer. Not sure if I'll order from Displays 2 go again.
