36x48 Snap Open poster frame quality

This 36X48 Snap Open style poster frame that we ordered has a plastic cover inside the frame that was not made to fit well causing a substantial warped and rippled surface. It looks sloppy and low quality. This will not be acceptable as it is disruptive to viewing the poster we would put into it.
