Fairly straightforward design. Functions well with a good amount of adjustment. Appearance is good, even though it is hidden. Price is insanely good. Comes with all the necessary hardware for a straight stud mount. I would prefer some sort of thumbscrew or other lever type adjustment of the tilt feature, but that really only needs to be done one time and then it should be fine virtually forever.
