Customer Review for WC396LEDS

Overall I'm satisfied with the product itself but the shipping was sub-par. I ordered the item on June 10th and didn't receive it until June 27th. It came with 70lbs of shipping material to help protect the case from any damage and it still arrived damaged. There is a gouge in the very top of the case which will be out of sight once it is hung on the wall and thankfully didn't interfere with the wiring or power sources for the lights - if it had damaged the lights re-packaging the case to ship back would have been an absolute nightmare.
