TERRIBLE PRODUCT - EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Product is VERY flimsy and difficult to assemble. The instructions were not at all helpful and the shelves are very cheap and the pegs do not hold them in. Product comes chipped and only incurred further damage upon assembly. The delivery fee was just as much as the product and in order to even send it back - they want you to pay another $200 delivery fee. It costs more money to send the product back for a refund than it does to keep the terrible thing. I have been waiting to hear from someone regarding reimbursement for 3 weeks now. Save yourself a headache and buy from elsewhere.
