Hello I had quite a number of issues with this order. I needed it in-hand in September for an event and was told it was shipping. On the day it was to arrive, I received a call saying that they haven't started printing it and there were no more drapes available in the color requested. I received the product the week of 11. 13... 2 months after the event. I have been a customer for a long time and I was very disappointed with this order process and the communication I received throughout the process.
