I ordered 2 sets of the 4 portable pedestals at variable heights for a trade show we were exhibiting at. These were going in the center area so we could feature some products. I needed them by Thurs and ordered that Mon. by their deadline to have them to me Thurs. They did not disappoint, I got them on time. Tracking info came to me via email fast, and the whole ordering process was painless. Their online rep was available for chat and answered product questions for me fast as well. The products took a lot of assembly and instructions were sparse, that would be the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. But once assembled, it was very sturdy, since I'll only ever have to assemble them once, it was worth the hassle.
