Customer Review for LCD80CASE4

I wish I could give the product a different rating than the case itself. Customer service was top notch excellent. My original case arrived damaged during shipping, and Displays2Go worked quickly with me to have a replacement shipped within 24 business hours. The new one arrived about a week later in perfect condition. They treated me very well and I appreciate that they had my back, no questions asked, when I had a problem. The case itself is suitable but by no means is this an extremely heavy-duty case. I think that's made pretty clear in the description. Should be perfectly fine for short trips (but to be honest I haven't shipped it anywhere yet). I don't think I would count on it to last forever. I will shop here again simply for the customer service - hard to find on internet stores. Nick
