Customer Review for WMFS1824SL

This is a product that I purchase regularly for the people who buy my art work. I've never used the silver frame before but it was perfect for this project. Initially, I called in, and as I have in the past, asked to drop ship it directly to my client. I was told on the phone that it wasn't possible. I hung up and placed the order online, where I was able to shorten the delivery time by sending the frame directly to Dave who had a big car show to get to. I was happy that I was able to get it done, but your staff should do a review of what you can do and cannot do in cases like this. Thank you Teresa
