Displays2Go overcharged me by over $1200!! First, they charged my credit card in USD even though the sales order was in CAD. Second, I paid them for the express 2-day shipping, but they sent it Ground shipping. Worse - Displays2Go has refused to solve the issue! I was told on Monday to expect a call from a supervisor in 24 hours - nothing. I called back yesterday and was told a supervisor had to speak to me, I was on hold 30 minutes then they hung up! I have sent 2 emails and no response. This is absolutely unacceptable.
