No replacement parts available

Had an employee install a monitor incorrectly on two of these stands. It bent the mounting bracket and he threw them away. Replacement brackets are not available and now I am stuck with over $1200 worth of unusable TV stands. DISPLAYS2GO, please be sure items you sell have replacement parts available in case of loss or damage.

I did contact the customer care team, who were the ones that told me no replacement part is available and that there are no alternative solutions.
