Received with crack and scratch on them

I ordered two and both arrived packed in their own box. One of them had a crack down the whole side -- couldn't even be used. The second one has a scratch on it. These are very low quality. Very disappointed. Looked on website for a way to easily return and do not see. I'm spoiled by amazon!
