I ordered the 30 x 40 poster frame. A 29 x 42 came in instead. When I contacted customer service, they stated that they do not actually carry 30 x 40 and that I would have to pay for the return shipping. They will only refund you on the product price not the full refund(shipping included), even though they were the ones to send the wrong frame and false advertisement. I am still currently waiting on my refund.....
