I was very happy with the pole banner hardware we ordered. The quality was exactly what I expected and they arrived quickly. The most impressive part was I contacted a service representative to see if I could get some additional steel bands since we broke two during installation. She told me she would see what she could do and the very next morning they arrived at our shop. A good product and even better customer service.
