got it all wrong...

one frame with broken glass, the size was wrong. i specifically said "11x14" frames... you sent 13x 16 or some whacked out size that did not meet my requirements, plus multiple scratches on the frame surfaces... inferior product from china. they can't make anything worthy of an american household... and you shouldn't be selling it.
