great customer service

we received our wall mounted signs (using as office name plates) very promptly, however, they were not exactly what we ordered. we called Tyler from customer service and everything was hassle free!!! we received the new shipment and we are very happy with not only the product (looks amazing!!) but the care we received from customer service. thanks!!!
