It'll work but not happy with the quality

The vendor shipped the product quickly and it arrived on time - all great stuff. However, upon opening it, both items I ordered had defects in the holder. Both products had scratches and cracks along the bottom. It would have been nice to have the products viewed by someone at the store before being shipped since these defects are obvious.
