I purchased 5 boxes of 5 frames, 25 pieces. These frames are advertised as a 16 x 20” opening BUT they are 1/4” too narrow both directions. The matted artwork I intended to use these for would NOT fit inside the opening. Very poor information for this product. Now I have the inconvenience of having to take them to FedEx to return.
