Tabletop banner Stand

The top of two of the 3 banners that we ordered did not hold with the adhesive included with the stand. I called customer service and explained the issue. The representative showed concern for the problem, immediately advised they would send out 2 more to replace the problematic ones, and instructed me to add additional adhesive to ensure it would hold. I did as instructed with the replacement stands and my customer LOVED them.
