Customer Review for FBL7272TN

Item came in the mail and upon opening up item, one of the panels was out of the track. After looking closely, one of the metal brackets was missing a washer and screw to hold the Velcro panel in place. Had to take unit to Lowes to get fixed but there is no way to secure bracket. Called customer service who refunded $100 but product damaged. They offered to send new one but we needed it right away for trade show.
